Why is there a rattling or clicking sound inside the W106 glue gun when moved?

This is the internal motion sensor ball responsible for 5-minute auto shut-off, completely normal and safe.

Motion Sensing Ball Mechanism

Inside the W106 is a mechanical tilt/vibration ball switch. It detects when the tool is picked up or moved. If left motionless for 5 minutes, the intelligent controller automatically shuts off heating to prevent fire hazards and conserve battery.

Normal Acoustic Characteristic

The small clicking or rattling noise when tilting the tool is the ball freely rolling within its sensor capsule. It is not a loose screw or broken component.
