Why is the paint output volume too low or producing weak atomization?
Turn the flow knob clockwise toward (+), ensure proper thinning, and check that the nozzle diameter matches the paint type.
Flow Adjustment Knob Calibration
The dial on the rear of the trigger regulates needle travel. Rotate it toward (+) to allow maximum needle retraction and increased paint volume.
Nozzle Size Selection for Material
Thin stains and sealers work best with smaller nozzles (1.0 mm - 1.8 mm). Heavier latex and chalk paints require 2.5 mm or 3.0 mm nozzles to maintain adequate atomization volume.
Air Flow Filter Maintenance
Check the air intake sponge on the rear/base of the motor unit. A dust-clogged air filter diminishes turbine output and reduces atomization pressure.
